1. Observing the Timeframe
Two rules fix the period:
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, whereupon a full refund is made.
After 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, the order having by then been processed or shipped.
2. Requesting the Cancellation
The procedure comprises two steps:
The Customer contacts the customer service team immediately, quoting the Order Number.
The support team verifies the status of that order and confirms its eligibility for cancellation.
3. Refunding the Payment
Two rules govern the refund:
An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method.
A period of 7–14 business days is to be allowed for processing and for the sum to be reflected in the account.
